It has excellent corrosion resistance of acid, alkali resistance, organic solvents and salts, etc. According to the requirements of actual use, it is economical to choose the base material of o-benzene, m-type and vinyl resin.
Light weight, high strength, easy to cut and install.
Due to the composite of resin and glass fiber, its density is less than 2 kg per cubic meter, only 1/4 of steel and 2/3 of aluminum. Its strength is 10 times of hard polyvinyl chloride, and its absolute strength exceeds the level of aluminum and ordinary steel. Its light weight can greatly reduce the base support, thus reducing the material cost of the project. It is easy to cut and install without fire and large lifting equipment. Only a small amount of manual and power tools can be used to reduce the installation cost.
Resistance to aging
Theoretically, the service life is over 50 years.
The flame propagation rate (ASTM E-84) of normal flame retardant grille is no more than 25. The flame propagation rate of advanced flame retardant vinyl grill is no more than 10. The oxygen index is not less than 28(GB 8924).
Excellent electrical insulation, no breakdown at 10KV voltage; No electromagnetism, can be used on magnetic sensitive equipment; The special structure of glass reinforced plastic grating has the characteristics of anti-skid and fatigue resistance.
Color is optional. Can customize color according to customer's requirement, improve the environment of production site. General glass steel grille color has: yellow, black, gray, green, blue, red still have transparent or translucent wait. The use of a single color can be used in the process.
